The Break Through Project
Identity/Team-Building/Leadership  (45-90 minute)



This program is an experience for the mind and body. Students will be highly engaged as they move, compete and collaborate on "teen-building" skills for recognizing who they are, the roles they live out and how their thoughts can make or break them. 


These workshops have been used for half-day trainings, full day trainings and multi-day sessions. Patrick can format to fit your agenda!


Break Through Project Phase 1- Self (Intra-personal)

Participants will take an introspective look at themselves, accept their strengths and weaknesses, increase awareness and personal responsibility.


Break Through Project Phase II - Self and others (Interpersonal)  Participants will identify leadership potential, what they do when they work with others, connect their actions and attitudes with the impact it has on others and discover what they should continue or change.


Break Through Project Phase III Future (Implementation)  Participants can practice effective, sustainable behaviors and attitudes, set personal goals for a successful future​:
Team-building exercises focused on holistic goals focused on: Mental, Physical, Social, Financial and Spiritual/Inner Well-Being.

"Today I attended a youth workshop led by Patrick "B-boy Pac-Man" Perez. Not only did we learn to break out our mad skills by learning to break dance, but we also broke up in teams of 15 and played energizers. After having our fun, things got a bit more serious. We talked about how most people put on a face they just want you to see on the outside, but do they really feel that same way on the inside? What label do you
wear? School jock, peppy cheerleader, FCCLA officer.....but do YOU know who you really are? This session helped us all think beyond the labels we put on ourselves."

Mad Skills For Student Success
Conference Keynote/School Assembly (45-60 min)


Open a can of Red Bull, mix it together with healthy principles like choices goal setting and positive peer influence, add a splash of energetic music with a dash of audience interaction and you will have a taste of Patrick's Mad Skills For Student Success Program!

Your students will savor Patrick's fresh dance moves and funky humor as he effectively challenges them to set meaningful goals, accept who they are, take responsibility for their choices and strive
for academic and personal success.

This program will have your audience up and moving, laughing and dancing all the while learning mad skills for their success!  Students will get first hand interactive and multimedia experience of how choices, risk, relationships and identity can impact goals, dreams and ambitions. Patrick’s story of a bullied-band-nerd-turned-break-dancer and award-winning entrepreneur and speaker will inspire students to set-goals, break through their challenges and break free from their excuses.
Students are encouraged to use cell-phones to begin sending in their “I will” G.O.A.L.S for the year.
